  • The examinees who will score more than the AIIMS MBBS 2019 cut off marks in the AIIMS entrance examination will be eligible for entering the AIIMS MBBS 2019 Counselling process. There will be three rounds of the counselling after which the Open round will be held.   • Each, new candidate will have to register himself or herself as it is the gateway to the main counselling sessions. The entire registration process will be conducted online and students can visit the registration site from their initial ‘MY PAGE’ account, created at the time of the AIIMS application 2019. You will have to provide your AIIMS registration number and also you will be asked to set up a new password.

 

  • AIIMS MBBS 2019 Counselling Choice Preferences:

 

  • This process will be conducted immediately after the system approves of the student’s registration. He/she will be allowed to make a preferential list regarding the AIIMS institutes and edit them as per their desire. Once the choices will be locked in, the admission process will be done accordingly and no further choices will be allowed to make.

 

 

  • Mock Seat Allotment after the AIIMS MBBS 2019:

 

  • Once, the list will be submitted, the system will compare your marks and your preference list. Then, you will be allotted a seat in a particular institute accordingly. Now you must keep this in mind that the entire seat allotting is tentative.

 

  • AIIMS MBBS 2019Final Submission of the Choice List:

 

  • This portal will be open for only a few days as the students will be given a chance to re-edit their previously locked choice after the mock seat allotment.

  • The last step of the counselling will be the declaration of the seat allotment list for every participating student. The choice will be made based on the AIIMS MBBS merit rank 2019.

  • Self-attested copy of certificate in proof of passing Class 12 from a recognised board as mentioned in AIIMS MBBS eligibility criteria 2019
  • Self-attested copy of certificate from board for date of birth
  • Self-attested copy of Class 12 mark sheets
  • Demand Draft of Rs. 1 Lakh only in the name of allotted AIIMS Institute.
  • Along with this, candidates belonging to reserved categories must also carry the following documents:
  • SC/ST certificate issued by the competent authority in English or Hindi language and the community must be mentioned clearly in the certificate
  • OBC certificate issued by the authority for Central Government jobs/for admission in Central Government College/Institute
  • Disability certificate issued from the duly constituted and authorized medical board as mentioned in the prospectus
