All India Bar Examination XV 2020 is not an entrance exam rather a certification program, which allows the Bar Council of India to award Certificate of Practice (COP) for the candidates practice in a court of Law in India. The All India Bar Examination XV 2020 will be conducted by the Bar Council of India in the third week of May 2020. The exam is basically offline based and comprised of 100 questions and the allotment of time for the completion of the exam is 3 Hours 30 Minutes. The applications for All India Bar Examination XV 2020 would only be made via online mode. The applicants must check their eligibility before filling up the application form. This year i.e. in 2020 the All India Bar Examination XV 2020 exam is an open book examination which gives liberty to the candidates to open the book and study the material at exam centre and write their question paper as per their intelligence and by taking the help of the book. To take All India Bar Examination XV 2020, candidates need to fulfil the below mentioned eligibility criteria:

  • Candidates must hold a three-year or five-year LLB degree are eligible for appearing in All India Bar Examination XV 2020.
  • All candidates must be enrolled as an advocate/lawyer with their respective State Bar Council, of their state under Section 24 (1) (f) of Advocates Act, 1961.
  • There is no upper age limit or lower age limit for candidates taking the exam, candidate of any age limit can apply

 

How to fill All India Bar Examination XV 2020 Application Form:

The application of All India Bar Examination XV 2020 must be filled carefully by the candidates as once the application form is submitted no alteration in the application form is made by them. Candidates must fill the complete form as the application process doesn’t complete until all the details are filled in the application form. The candidate must go through the eligibility criteria mentioned in the All India Bar Examination XV 2020 before filling the application form. A candidate have to enter all the details related to personal, academic, professional, etc. The candidate must cross check all the details filled in the application is up to the mark as the same details are going to be printed in his admit card.

Steps to fill Application form:
  1. First thing is to get registered by entering details like name, gender, date of birth, and address details.
  2. Upload documents like photo, etc and then press on “save” button
  3. On successful registration, registration number is alloted and password will be generated and sent to the candidate’s email id and mobile number
  4. After that fill the rest of the form, including payment of application fee. The registration fee is Rs. 3500.
  5. Upload the challan, journal number, branch code and date of submission of challan
  6. Submit the form and take a few printouts for future references.

 

All India Bar Examination XV 2020: Admit Card

The candidates after filling the application form and fees can download the admit card before few days of the examination. The students are advices to take at least two copies of the admit card i.e. one for the exam centre and the other for future references. No entry is allowed without the admit card and identity proof. Admit card essential details of the candidates like name, roll number, enrolement number, exam day, centre and time, etc.
