West Bengal NEET counselling 2018 is important for all the students. The NEET examination is scheduled to be on 5th of May, 2018 which will certainly give an advantage to the aspiring medical minds for setting up a proper list of colleges they would like to have an admission. Once the examination will be over, the council board will start organizing the NEET counselling 2018. Now we all know that the NEET counselling is done in two quotas, one through which students will be selected from all over the country and the other under which selections will be done from the states. Rules are slightly different in both the cases and each state counselling is governed by a particular medical governing body.
The state counselling will immediately commence once the AIQ counselling is over. The Directorate Board of Health Sciences will send the merit list to each participating state and once the officials will receive them, they will begin the counselling process. 85% of students will be selected based on this process and hence the state quota is more promising than the AIQ quota.
Both the private and government colleges are going to participate in the state NEET counselling 2018. Further down this article, we will discuss the counselling procedure in the state of West Bengal.
