About Christ University Law Entrance Exam 2020 i.e. All India Entrance Test CUET 2020:

All India Entrance Test CUET 2020 is an All India Level Examination which is conducted every year by School of Law, Christ University (SLCU). The university offers admissions to undergraduate law courses like 5-year B.A., LL.B. (Hons) and BBA LLB (hons.) professional courses through this entrance examination.

NOTE: CUET APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN FOR B.A., LL.B. (HONS) and BBA LLB (HONS) PROGRAMS OFFERED AT CHRIST (DEEMED TO BE UNIVERSITY), DELHI NCR CAMPUS AND PUNE LAVASA CAMPUS FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2020 – 2021

Christ University Entrance Test (CUET) is conducted in 2 sessions for law courses:

  • Session I: Entrance Test Date 14 April 2020 (Last Date to apply – 04 April 2020)
  • Session II: Entrance Test Date 26 April 2020 (Last Date to apply – 16 April 2020)

Eligibility for Christ University Law Entrance Test (CUET) 2020:
  • The candidates applying to School of Law, Christ University (SLCU)should have passed +2 level (Karnataka PUC / ISC / CBSE / NIOS / State Boards) in any stream with minimum of 45% (Humanities, Social Sciences, Commerce & Management, Sciences) from any recognised Board in India
  • The candidates have to pass an Entrance Test, Skill Assessment, Micro Presentation (MP) for 90 sec & Personal interview

 

Christ University Law Entrance Test (CUET) 2020:-

Exam Pattern: Christ University Law Entrance Test (CUET) has 120 Multiple Choice Questions for 120 marks to be attempted by those seeking admission to B.A. LL.B (hons) and B.B.A. LL.B. (hons) program of School of Law, Christ University (SLCU). These questions must be attempted within 2 hours. There is also a negative marking of 0.25 marks for wrong answers.

Exam Fee: Candidates will have to pay the registration fee of Rs. 5000/- (Non Refundable) for applying at School of Law, Christ University (SLCU)

 

Christ University Law Entrance Test (CUET) 2020 detailed Application Process:
  • Before applying online, Scanned copy of recent passport size photograph (3.5 cms x 4.5 cms formal dress with white background) and Copy of statement of marks of Class 10, Class 11/ 12, (Mandatory) should be ready for filling the Online Form.
  • Candidates have to visit the page: https://appstat.christuniversity.in and register by entering NAME (as printed on Class 10 Marks Card), EMAIL-ID and set a password.  (The email id and mobile number provided will be used for sending confirmation and application status-update messages so enter the ones you are using currently).
  • Candidates can apply for as many program using the same ID as long as the prescribed eligibility criteria for the specific program are fulfilled by the applicant entirely.
  • Candidates should then Fill-in all the details in the “detailed application” page. Scan and upload photograph and click “Submit”. On clicking Submit, a viewable and editable page will appear on screen.
  • Candidates can then make payment using card and after successful payment click on submit.
  • Candidates falling under any of these categories (PIO / OCI / SAARC / AFRICA / ASEAN / OTHER FOREIGN NATIONALS) must send the required supporting documents (Copy of Passport, Copy of PIO / OCI card whichever is applicable and Copy of Class 10 & Class 11/12 Marks card) in an A4 size Envelope ONLY through Registered Post / Courier to: The Co-ordinator, Office of International Affairs, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Hosur Road, Bengaluru – 560 029, Karnataka, India, Phone: +91 80 4012 9439.
