JEECE Counselling 2021

JEECE Counselling 2021 is conducted by Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board. JEECE Counselling 2021 will be conducted via online mode and the candidates have to submit the application form online. JEECE Counselling 2021 dates have been not been released, the tentative month would be June. JEECE 2021 counselling will be conducted in two rounds. All the candidates have to fill in the registration form in order to participate in counselling and seat allotment process. After giving the JEECE 2021 exam the candidates are shortlisted on the basis of merit, college preference and availability of seats. The list of counselling is prepared by the counselling authorities based on the merit of the candidate. Jharkhand Engineering Entrance Competitive Examination is the abbreviation for JEECE. JEECE is a state-level entrance examination used to be conducted by the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) in order to offer undergraduate seats for the admission of B. To understand the exam pattern is a must for any aspirant appearing for any kind of exam so is the case with JEECE 2021. The exam is basically offline done on OMR sheet and known as Pen Paper Test. There are generally three sections for which the candidates have to prepare namely Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics. JEECE Counselling 2021 Process:

There are certain steps that are to be followed at the time of going through the counselling session which includes registering on the official website, uploading the necessary document, paying the counselling fee. Candidates who have completed their 10+2 in 2020 or 2021 are qualified for appearing in the counselling session.

Filling the Registration and choice filling:

After the issue of merit list the selected candidates can start filling the choices. In filling the choices candidates are advised to choose the maximum number of choices so that the probability of getting an admission would be higher. The choice filling option is for a stipulated period of time after than no editing is allowed on the choice filling counterpart. The following can be done in choice filling process:

  • Visit the official website i.e. https://jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in/.
  • Click on the tab mentioning ‘Online registration and choice filling’
  • Login via roll number and password.
  • Make your choice for the courses and institutions which you want to select
  • The choice should be made in a preferential order of the courses and institutions
  • Click and lock your choice

Payment of Counselling Fee:

After making the choice the candidates have to pay the counselling fee as specified by the authority:

Seat Allotment:

There are many factors that are counted at the time of allotment of seat, the factors are merit of the candidate, availability of seats, preference selected by the candidate. The ACPC will allot the seat on the above-mentioned factors. For the confirmation of seats, the candidates have to pay token fees through online payment or to a bank branch.

Document Verification:

After the allotment of seats candidates have to report to the allotted college for document verification. It is advised to the candidates to carry their original and photocopy of the documents mentioned below:
